"A camera zoom-in revealed what appeared to be a disk perforated, canted, polished stainless-steel wall. It packed an alien presence, there amongst the predominantly "bricked" West Chelsea/Meat Packing districts. Smiles ensued. Upon closer inspection, we found a construction site in full swing on a renovation project set to transform a faded, misunderstood building into a strikingly new, full-service, luxury hotel destination named The Dream Downtown."
